If I have a child, I will teach them

 • Love thyself. Dont expect others to love you when you dont love yourself. 

 • Priortize your needs before other people needs (Depending on the importance of the needs.)

 • Stand for yourself if you are right.

 • Humanity is greater than religion, caste, colour, etc

 • Education is important. Be grateful.

 • Discover your hobbies. Enhance your skills.

 • Control your emotions. Don't let anyone take advantage of it. 

 • Respect everyone irrespective of their age.

 • Youngsters are as important as elders. Maturity doesn't depend on experience. It is based on how you perceive things. 

 • Stay away from nosy people. Give sarcastic replies for nosy questions.

 • Keep your life private. Stay low key in social media. Not everyone needs to know what is happening in your life.

 • Not every blood relative is important. 

 • Not everything you do needs society's approval. 

 • Time management is crucial. 

 • Talk with everyone. The time you spend with people should be useful. 

 • Money is important. Save as much as you can. Learn finances.

 • Don't be clingy to any person, be it sibling or best friend or someone you admire.
